Water Damage Restoration, done properly
When water gets into a building, the damage does not stop when the water stops. Drywall wicks moisture upward, subfloors swell, insulation holds water against framing, and given somewhere between twenty-four and forty-eight hours, mould begins to establish. That timeline is why restoration crews work on emergency dispatch rather than appointments.
Our process is deliberately measured rather than dramatic. We find the source and stop it, extract standing water, then map the moisture with meters and thermal imaging so we know what is actually wet β including the parts behind cabinets and under flooring that look perfectly dry. Only then does drying equipment get placed, sized to the volume of the space.
Drying is monitored daily and documented, because that documentation is what an insurance adjuster needs. We record readings, equipment placement and progress photos throughout, and the report goes to you whether or not you decide to claim. Once the structure reaches dry standard, we handle the rebuild β flooring, drywall, paint β so the same crew closes out what it opened up.
