Plumbing, done properly
Plumbing rarely fails politely. It picks a holiday weekend, or the hour before guests arrive, and it almost never gives much warning. That is why our plumbing crews run on an emergency rotation rather than a queue β when water is moving somewhere it should not be, somebody is dispatched immediately rather than slotted in for next week.
Every plumber in the network is licensed for the trade, carries their own insurance, and arrives in a stocked vehicle. That last part matters more than people expect: the difference between a two-hour repair and a three-day repair is usually whether the right valve, flange or heating element was already on board. We stock the common failures so the job finishes on the first visit.
Before any spanner comes out, you get a flat written price for the work described. If the plumber opens a wall and finds something genuinely different underneath, work stops and you are asked before anything is added. No invoice should ever be a surprise.
