Kitchen Remodeling, done properly
The best kitchens are designed around habits rather than trends. Where the bins go, whether two people cook at once, how far the plates travel from dishwasher to cupboard, whether anybody actually sits at the island β these unglamorous questions determine whether a finished kitchen feels effortless or subtly annoying for the next fifteen years. That conversation comes before any drawing.
Running one crew across the trades removes the part of renovation that people dread. Cabinetry, worktops, plumbing, electrical and tiling are sequenced by a single project lead, so the electrician is not waiting on the joiner and you are not mediating between them. You get a schedule at the start and a named person to ask when something shifts.
We are straightforward about budget. A refacing project, a partial refit and a full gut renovation are wildly different numbers, and there is no point designing something you did not want to spend. We will tell you where money genuinely shows β cabinet boxes, worktop material, drawer hardware β and where it is largely invisible once the room is finished.
